About The Position

This job is responsible for influencing strategic direction and developing tactical plans to achieve goals through advanced coding and/or metadata management, providing support and technical leadership for platforms, operations and specialized functions. Key responsibilities include driving cross-channel client & prospect eligibility, targeting, and platform enablement to achieve program and strategic goals. Job expectations include interacting extensively with senior leaders, translating business needs into technical requirements providing comprehensive solutions to complex problems.

Requirements

  • Decision Engines (ex: PowerCurve, ODM, Pega etc.)
  • SQL, SAS or other programming experience
  • General understanding of system integration protocols
  • Experience in Agile Delivery (Product Owner, Product Manager)
  • Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Manages a team of decision engine analysts; including capacity management, project assignments, ensuring adherence to SPI/SOPs and general performance management of the associates within the team
  • Performs complex analysis of business objectives and priorities to design optimal solutions which can be deployed through varying decision engines
  • Coaches and mentors peers to improve proficiency in a variety of systems and serves as a subject matter expert on multiple business and technical-related topics
  • Supports execution of large-scale projects, such as platform conversions or new project integrations
  • Independently leads initiatives from the point of requirement gathering to production implementation
  • Provides ongoing consultation support to Line of Business partners and constantly looks for improvement opportunities
