Requirements

Manufacturing, assembly, machining, or deburring experience is preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and engineering drawings.
Experience using hand tools and basic measuring instruments.
Ability to work carefully with small, precision parts.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Background checks and drug screening are required for this position due to the nature of customer requirements and safety.

Nice To Haves

Aerospace manufacturing and quality inspection experience are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Deburr, polish, blend, and finish precision aerospace components.
Remove sharp edges and imperfections using hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, drills, and tumbling equipment.
Assemble components according to work instructions and engineering drawings.
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and visual inspection methods.
Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
