About The Position

HiFyve is hiring Deburr Personnel in the Precision Manufacturing industry. This role supports manufacturing operations by performing deburring, finishing, and quality inspection work on machined components. Candidates will help ensure finished products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

• Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Manufacturing or deburring experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deburr machined components using hand and power tools
• Inspect finished parts for defects and quality issues
• Read work instructions and blueprints
• Perform finishing and polishing work as needed
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
