About The Position

The Deburr Operator deburrs parts to blueprint specifications and move parts to next operation per schedule. This role will be onsite 100% of the time on 1st shift. The core hours for this shift are 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
  • Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • Must have good hand/eye coordination
  • Must be able to read and work from work order instructions

Responsibilities

  • Deburr parts to blueprint specifications with supervision
  • Wash parts to remove marking and cutting lubricants
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn proper deburring techniques and tooling selection
  • Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time, etc. according to Company policy.
  • Maintains area, equipment, and tooling in a neat, orderly fashion.
  • Observes all Company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security.
  • Advises Department Lead of any shortages in supplies
