About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring a Deburr Operator I in Plano, TX 75024. As a Deburr Operator I you will: Set up and operate deburring, grinding, smoothing, and buffing equipment. Inspect small components and parts using microscopes and precision measuring tools. Identify and remove burrs, rough edges, and surface imperfections. Ensure all products meet quality and production specifications. Perform detailed visual inspections throughout the manufacturing process. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and quality standards. Accurately document production and inspection results.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or machine shop environment preferred.
• Experience handling and inspecting small precision parts.
• Ability to use a microscope for detailed inspections.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
