About The Position

This position is located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The role involves operating various deburring equipment to prepare component parts according to complex drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, accurately logging job times, identifying and documenting non-conformances, and adhering to safety procedures and ISO 9000 standards.

Requirements

Must be a US citizen
High school diploma or G.E.D. is required. In lieu of education, a combination of education and experience may be substituted.
Basic blue print reading required.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of deburring machines and tools, as well as knowledge of the raw materials being used is preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate various types of deburring equipment including Burr/King grinders, sand and bead-blasters, polishers and tumbler, drill presses, tapping arms
Utilize various deburring equipment to deburr, polish, tap, bevel, counter sink, etc.
Interpret and work from complex drawings, blueprints and specifications
Return all tools to their proper location at the end of the shift and to maintain a clean work area
Record an accurate log of job times and specifications for audit reports
Follow all relative ISO 9000 procedures
Identify non-conformances during inspection of component parts, and properly document such non-conformances
Notify supervisors when work received does not meet the specifications required by previous operators
Follow established safety procedures
Perform other jobs as assigned by management
