About The Position

This position is responsible for learning all jobs on the debone training line. The Debone Trainee will learn all jobs including but not limited to: Loader, Shoulder Cutter, Wing Roller, Tender Scorer, Clipper, Breast Puller, etc. This position and duties include but are not limited to: Must be able to use knives and scissors. Must wear all protective equipment used in performing debone jobs. Must be able to maintain standard job performance to continue effectively and efficiently with a consistent flow of product. Ability to stand throughout a 10-hour shift. Willing to accept and carry through on requests and directions given. Must let supervisor, line leader, or knife sharpener know if something is wrong with a knife (i.e., dull, lost, or broken). Willing to learn other duties. Must keep work area clean.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Use knives and scissors.
Wear all protective equipment used in performing debone jobs.
Maintain standard job performance for effective and efficient product flow.
Stand throughout a 10-hour shift.
Accept and carry through on requests and directions.
Report issues with knives (dull, lost, or broken) to supervisor, line leader, or knife sharpener.
Learn other duties as assigned.
Keep work area clean.
