About The Position

Tyson Foods’ New Holland Complex is accepting applications for general labor positions. Team members must be willing to work in any processing department and on any available shift. The role involves cutting chicken with scissors and knives on a fast-moving processing line, and requires tolerance for repetitive motion and the physical demands and environmental conditions described below. Former Tyson team members must have been separated from the company for at least 180 calendar days to be eligible for rehire. Applicants who have worked at Tyson three or more times are not eligible for rehire. Applicants who do not meet these criteria will be removed from the application process. Applicants must complete a final task separate from the application. If the application is not fully submitted, any pending tasks must also be completed. Requirements

Willingness to use scissors and knives to cut chicken.
Ability to tolerate motion and work on a fast-moving processing line.
Willingness to work on a stand or platform approximately two feet above floor level.
Willingness and ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach.
Willingness to lift; the weight depends on the work area.
Willingness to work in cold, damp or hot, humid environments and on potentially slippery walking surfaces.
Willingness to walk up and down stairs, as some departments are on a lower level.
