As a Deals - Financial Due Diligence Intern, you will engage in the dynamic world of financial analysis, gaining hands-on experience in evaluating financial statements and understanding the financial health of businesses. You will be part of a team that plays a crucial role in mergers and acquisitions, providing valuable insights into financial trends and assisting in the valuation of potential business opportunities. This role offers a unique chance to delve into financial forecasting, investment valuation, and business performance metrics, equipping you with a comprehensive understanding of the finance industry. As an Intern, you will support teams and participate in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices. Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
• Client service intern positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application.

• Summer internships typically take place during the summer preceding the student's final year of school
