Lanphere Auto Group + Motorcycles is looking for an experienced Warranty Specialist to join our tight-knit, supportive team. Requirements

Minimum 1 year of dealership warranty processing experience (required)
Sharp attention to detail—numbers, dates, and documentation matter to you
Comfort with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, LightSpeed)
The kind of person who follows through, stays organized, and enjoys being part of a winning team

Nice To Haves

Bonus points for warranty schedule/reconciliation experience

Responsibilities

Auditing repair orders and documents so they’re OEM-ready
Submitting warranty claims quickly and correctly to keep cash flowing
Reconciling schedules and tracking payments so nothing slips through the cracks
Following up on rejections and resubmissions to get every dollar earned
Working closely with service advisors, techs, and accounting to keep processes smooth
Staying on top of manufacturer bulletins and updates—because you like being the go-to expert
