You’ll support our Sales Managers and Customer Advocates by ensuring deals are accurate, compliant, and delivered with exceptional customer care. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process all credit, DMV, purchase, and lease documentation
  • Verify insurance, employment, proof of residency, and customer contact information
  • Review deal packages for completeness and compliance with lender and purchasing guidelines
  • Partner closely with Sales Managers and sales staff to ensure smooth customer communication while protecting customer privacy
  • Problem-solve creatively to identify alternate solutions when challenges arise
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealers and lenders
  • Prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with discretion and professionalism
  • Participate actively in the company’s compliance program
  • Protect and enhance the company’s reputation, standards, and goals
  • Follow all credit and funding guidelines
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
