Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous supervisor/leadership experience required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (chat and write).
  • Customer service skills, including issue resolution.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office.
  • Availability for at least 30 hours a week, year-round.
  • Ability to be flexible to accommodate specific location needs.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Well-organized and proactive.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Ability to drive a standard transmission.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with various roles to keep things rolling.
  • Supervise each shift according to our best practices.

  • Train new hires and ensure everyone’s on the same page with safety and operations.
