Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous supervisor/leadership experience is required.
  • Ability to communicate and write effectively.
  • Customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Confidence behind the wheel.
  • Proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office.
  • Availability for at least 30 hours a week, year-round.
  • Ability to be flexible to accommodate specific location needs.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Well-organized and proactive.
  • Adaptability to handle diverse situations.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Ability to drive a standard transmission.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise each shift according to our best practices.
  • Foster a supportive and friendly work atmosphere for your team.
  • Spot and coach potential stars to help our company grow!
  • Train new hires and ensure everyone’s on the same page with safety and operations.
  • Tackle any operational hiccups and share your insights with management.
  • Keep track of daily reports and promptly address any customer or client feedback.
