Requirements
- Experience as an automotive sales manager or dealership sales manager
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and profitability
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Experience desking deals and closing sales
- Ability to work in a high-volume dealership environment
Nice To Haves
- Strong leadership and management skills in automotive sales operations, including team development, deal structuring, and performance management.
- Experience driving revenue growth, increasing gross profit, and managing high-volume dealership sales teams.
- Knowledge of sales KPIs, inventory management, CRM systems, and customer satisfaction (CSI).
- Ability to train, motivate, and manage sales professionals while maintaining strong closing performance and dealership growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the dealership sales department
- Lead, train, and motivate automotive sales consultants
- Drive sales volume, gross profit, and dealership performance
- Monitor KPIs including units sold, gross profit, and closing ratios
- Desk deals, structure transactions, and support closing sales
- Manage inventory, pricing strategy, and merchandising
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Recruit and develop high-performing sales teams
