Requirements

• Experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Valid driver’s license required

• Strong skills in automotive sales, customer service, relationship building, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with vehicle selection
• Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Present vehicle features, benefits, and pricing
• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and CRM systems
• Negotiate deals and close vehicle sales
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
