About The Position

Toyota of North Canton and BMW of North Canton are hiring Full and Part Time Receptionists. This role involves answering dealership group phones, greeting and receiving prospects and customers, and directing them to the appropriate department or person. The receptionist will also be responsible for typing memos and other documents, assisting with appointment scheduling, and performing other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive personality, and the ability to handle a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

Answer dealership group phones
Greet and receive prospects and customers
Direct customers to the correct department
Notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
Introduce the customer to the salesperson
Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
Other duties as assigned
