About The Position

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a Dealership Lot & Inventory Specialist to support automotive dealerships throughout the Boise area. This is an active, field-based position for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, being outdoors, and having responsibility for their own daily assignments. You'll travel between assigned dealerships and help keep their vehicle inventory organized and ready for online shoppers. The work includes locating vehicles and keys, moving vehicles into position, communicating with dealership staff, and using a company-issued iPhone to capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos. No photography background is necessary. We provide paid training and teach you our equipment, app, and workflow. The position is process-driven rather than creative. The people who do well in this role are dependable, organized, comfortable working independently, and able to stay productive throughout the day.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Minimum 1 year of consistent work history preferred
  • Automotive, warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery, or similar experience preferred
  • Ability to walk dealership lots and perform physical tasks throughout the day
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
  • Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

  • Travel between assigned dealership locations using your own reliable vehicle
  • Check dealership lots for vehicles scheduled for service
  • Locate vehicles, keys, and dealership contacts
  • Move vehicles to designated staging areas when needed
  • Capture required vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app
  • Communicate with dealership employees when vehicles or keys are unavailable
  • Help resolve inventory-related issues and keep assignments moving
  • Follow established procedures for each vehicle
  • Complete assigned route work efficiently and accurately
  • Walk dealership lots and work outdoors throughout the day
  • Maintain a professional relationship with dealership personnel
