About The Position

Dealer Specialties is looking for a Dealership Lot Service Representative to join their dynamic team. This is a remote traveling position that offers a desirable work environment allowing for independent work. The ideal candidate will have great time-management and communication skills, and enjoy working outdoors. This position requires reliable personal transportation. This is a field-based, route position. Previous professional experience in automotive customer service, route service, ride share positions, automotive inspection business, lot porter, auto detailer, car washer, service writer, or vehicle inspector is beneficial. In this role, you will travel to car dealerships to complete capture photos/videos for dealership websites and print buyer’s guides for vehicle windows. This is a temp-to-hire role offering an hourly rate of approximately $17 - $19 per hour. Compensation factors include route/market and experience. Regular, full-time employees are eligible for additional benefits including possible added commissions, medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, 401k with matching up to 4% fully vested on day one of employment, paid vacation, company holidays, and sick leave, and corporate discount opportunities. Mileage reimbursement, a tablet, and a printer are provided.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License with good driving history
Ability to learn to drive a manual transmission
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions, including winter and cold temperatures as well as summer and very hot temperatures year round
Reliable personal transportation
