Dealership Inventory Specialist with Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
Pro-MotionPix is hiring a Dealership Inventory Specialist to work with automotive dealerships throughout the Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, and San Jose areas. This is a full-time field position that keeps you moving throughout the day. Rather than working at one location, you'll travel to assigned dealerships, work with dealership employees, handle vehicles, and complete inventory-related assignments. A typical day involves finding vehicles and keys, moving vehicles into designated areas, checking inventory availability, and using a company-issued iPhone to capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos. Photography experience is not required. We provide paid training and show you exactly how to use our equipment and follow our process. The position is structured and hands-on, with an emphasis on staying organized, completing your route, communicating with dealership staff, and maintaining consistent quality.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Minimum 1 year of consistent work history preferred
- Automotive, warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery, or similar experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to walk dealership lots and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Nice To Haves
- Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle
- Check dealership lots for vehicles scheduled for service
- Locate vehicle keys and confirm vehicle availability
- Move vehicles to designated staging areas when necessary
- Capture vehicle photos, videos, and 360° spins using a company-issued iPhone and app
- Communicate with dealership personnel about missing vehicles, keys, or inventory questions
- Follow up with dealership staff to resolve issues and keep assignments moving
- Complete daily assignments according to established procedures
- Maintain quality and accuracy while working efficiently
- Work outdoors and walk dealership lots throughout the day
- Represent Pro-MotionPix professionally at each location
