Dealership Inventory Porter Specialist
About The Position
Pro-MotionPix is seeking a dependable Dealership Inventory Specialist to assist automotive dealerships in maintaining accurate and up-to-date online inventory. This role involves traveling to assigned dealerships, capturing professional vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app, and collaborating with dealership staff to ensure inventory is customer-ready online. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in automotive, warehouse, construction, delivery, landscaping, or other hands-on roles who thrive working independently, staying active, and problem-solving. No prior photography experience is necessary, as paid training will be provided. The role emphasizes consistency, efficiency, and quality over creative photography.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
- Minimum one year of consistent work history preferred.
- Experience in automotive, warehouse, construction, delivery, landscaping, or similar physical labor roles preferred.
- Comfortable walking dealership lots and performing physical tasks throughout the day.
- Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Comfortable using mobile technology and learning new apps.

Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned dealership locations using your own reliable vehicle.
- Capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos with a company-issued iPhone and app.
- Locate vehicles and keys while preparing inventory for photography.
- Move vehicles into designated photo areas when needed.
- Communicate with dealership staff regarding missing vehicles, keys, or inventory updates.
- Complete assigned routes efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Represent Pro-MotionPix professionally at every dealership.
