About The Position

Mercedes-Benz of Morgantown is looking for a responsible, full-time driver to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the friendly face behind the wheel, ensuring seamless vehicle deliveries, pickups, and guest services. Our driver is primarily responsible for picking up and delivering customer vehicles for our service department but also assist the sales department with vehicle deliveries and dealer trades. The ideal candidate should be professional and able to interface well with customers. Most of the driving will be local but occasional jobs will require longer trips, usual no more then 100 miles. Successful applicants must have a valid driving license in good standing.

Requirements

• Valid driving license in good standing
• Professional demeanor and ability to interface well with customers
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
• Acceptable driving record as determined by employer and/or insurance carrier

Responsibilities

• Safely operate dealership vehicles, including manual transmission models, to deliver or pick up cars at various locations.
• Provide exceptional guest services by assisting customers with vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Picking up customer vehicles
• Returning customer vehicles
• Delivering loaner vehicles to customers
• Driving cars to other Mercedes dealerships for dealer trades
• Uphold dealership policies on safety, cleanliness, and vehicle care during all driving activities.
