About The Position
Key Acura of Reno is seeking a Dealership Delivery Specialist to join their team. This role is essential to delivering the Key's Mission to customers by interacting with new and current customers. Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- An outgoing, dynamic personality, with customer service skills
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees, leads and supervisors of the organization.
- Flexible schedule; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
Responsibilities
- Provide a comprehensive orientation on vehicle features
- Have strong product knowledge and be able to answer any customer questions
- Set up/Pair Bluetooth devices and set up safety features
- Help prep and fill up the gas tank of new vehicle deliveries
- Occasionally help with swap drives and inventory management
