About The Position

Now Hiring - Join Our Team! We're looking for a dependable, high-energy Full-Time Café Team Member to support daily café operations during an exciting period of growth and transition. This is a hands-on role that includes both front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities. We're looking for someone who's comfortable jumping in wherever needed, including cooking on the grill, assisting guests, preparing food, and keeping the café running smoothly. If you take pride in staying busy, working as part of a team, and providing great service, this is a great opportunity to join our team.

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Available to work a full-time schedule
• Team-oriented with a flexible, "jump in where needed" mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong communication skills with a positive, guest-focused attitude
• Comfortable working both behind the grill and interacting with customers
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Pre-employment screenings, including but not limited to your background screening, drug test, and motor vehicle record, are required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily café operations as a runner and general team member
• Cook and prepare food items according to café standards
• Assist guests and provide friendly, efficient service
• Assist during busy periods to maintain speed and service quality
• Prepare and transport food, supplies, and materials
• Help set up and break down service areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café
• Follow all food safety and health standards
• Work both front-of-house and back-of-house as needed
• Step in on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
