Requirements

• Comfortable with V-Lookup, X-Lookup, and other Excel functions
• Ability to handle paperwork quickly and correctly
• Professionalism and teamwork to build a positive, collaborative work environment
• Versatility and flexibility to thrive on variety and adapt to new challenges

Responsibilities

• Post new, used, wholesale, dealer trades, and fleet transactions
• Maintain clean schedules and precise financial data
• Ensure we collect every dollar owed through factory program reconciliation
• Enter vehicle invoices into CDK with accuracy and speed
• Process sales commissions correctly and on time
• Maintain schedules to help the team track performance
• Assist with monthly statement preparation
• Support fiscal year-end working papers for auditors
