Requirements
- Strong accounting knowledge, including debits, credits, chart of accounts, and variance research.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy.
- Proficient with office technology and committed to personal accountability, integrity, and continuous growth
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Nice To Haves
- Bookkeeping certification, Associate's degree in Accounting, or equivalent accounting experience preferred; automotive industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process and record dealership transactions, including vehicle purchases, dealer trades, wholesale transactions, and deal postings.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable activities, including vendor payments, cash receipts, lien payoffs, and collections.
- Reconcile financial accounts and manufacturer programs, including FTC, rebates, product payables, and intercompany transactions.
- Support dealership operations through warranty processing, cancellations, refund checks, and customer referral payments.
- Maintain accurate schedules and records while contributing to overall accounting team success and business objectives.
