About The Position

Responsible for all aspects of dealing with assigned games and assists the Table Games Service Supervisor in tracking play and game observation. Greets and recruits new casino customers while providing friendly, excellent service to every guest. Requires 3+ years of experience in at least three of the following games: Roulette, European Roulette, Craps/Dice, Tiles, Pai Gow Poker.

Requirements

• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Age requirements: 21 years of age
• 3+ multiple games dealing experience required in (Current specific games requirements, ie., Roulette, European Roulette, Craps/Dice, Tiles, Pai Gow Poker (You must know (3) of the games)
• Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills
• Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift
• Must be able to have a good relationship with co-workers and work as a team
• Gaming License needed

Responsibilities

• Acknowledges, greets, and converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area
• Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned games pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting, and paying bets
• Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures
• Reads, verifies, and signs appropriate documents when necessary
• Greets guests with a proper company standard introduction and initiates conversation with guests
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies
