About The Position

Bergstrom Mitsubishi of Appleton is seeking a Part-Time Dealer Trade Driver to safely transport vehicles between dealerships and other locations. As Wisconsin's largest dealership, Bergstrom Automotive is committed to exceptional guest experiences and fostering team member growth. This role involves driving, pre-trip inspections, record keeping, and assisting with light dealership duties.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically capable of inspecting and moving vehicles, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Experience driving vehicles in a professional capacity is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Safely transport vehicles between dealerships and other locations as needed.
Ensure all vehicles are properly loaded, secured, and transported without damage.
Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure all vehicles are in good working condition.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle conditions.
Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure safe driving practices.
Communicate with the management team to confirm delivery times, vehicle details, and any special requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicles during transport.
Provide excellent guest service by being professional and courteous during vehicle handovers.
Assist with light duties around the dealership, including moving vehicles within the lot as needed.
