About The Position

Dealer Trade Driver at Bergstrom Honda Nissan Kia Volkswagen of Oshkosh. Bergstrom Automotive is Wisconsin's largest dealership, committed to exceptional guest experiences and team member growth. This part-time role involves safely transporting vehicles between dealerships and other locations, ensuring vehicles are properly handled and inspected. The position requires reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently. Drivers are contacted as needed, with hours varying based on dealership requirements and driver availability, typically Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically capable of inspecting and moving vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience driving vehicles in a professional capacity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport vehicles between dealerships and other locations.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly loaded, secured, and transported without damage.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle conditions.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Communicate with the management team regarding delivery times, vehicle details, and special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles during transport.
• Provide excellent guest service during vehicle handovers.
• Assist with light dealership duties, including moving vehicles within the lot.
