About The Position

The Dealer, Table Games position at Resorts World Las Vegas is responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, establishing rapport, and promoting and maintaining the highest level of customer service. This role involves handling transactions appropriately, ensuring proper documentation for all gaming transactions, and maintaining the integrity of the game by remaining attentive and monitoring player moves. The dealer will maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous atmosphere to provide guests with an exceptional gaming experience. They are required to notify their supervisor immediately of any mistakes, claims, unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft, and only make resolutions at the direction of the supervisor. Adherence to all departmental policies and procedures is mandatory, as is obtaining and maintaining position-specific licensing. Team members may use personal devices for job-related operational tasks, job duties, and review of company documents. Other job-related duties may be requested.

Requirements

  • At least four years’ Table games experience in a similar or related field.
  • At least two years’ customer service experience in a similar or related field.
  • At least two years’ experience dealing three main games (Black Jack, Roulette, Baccarat, and Craps).
  • Ability to proficiently deal varied games as required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • Polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and departmental rules and regulations.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • At least 4 years of table games experience.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Position required licenses.
