About The Position

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools to manage and analyze dealer support activities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in support operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide comprehensive support to dealers, including training, troubleshooting, and guidance on product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve dealer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor dealer performance and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales departments to ensure dealers are equipped with the latest promotional materials and product information.

  • Conduct regular meetings and workshops with dealers to share best practices and updates on company initiatives.
