Requirements

  • 3+ years of Service Advisor experience at a dealership
  • Strong working knowledge of automotive systems and repair services
  • Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to multi‑task in a high‑volume service environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for walk‑in and scheduled service customers
  • Actively listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate service solutions
  • Provide accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorization
  • Work closely with technicians to manage repair workflow and timelines
  • Deliver timely, professional updates to customers regarding service status
  • Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation and records
  • Stay informed on current promotions, service packages, and attachment opportunities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready workspace
