Requirements

3+ years of Service Advisor experience at a dealership
Strong working knowledge of automotive systems and repair services
Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Ability to multi‑task in a high‑volume service environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as the trusted point of contact for walk‑in and scheduled service customers
Actively listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate service solutions
Provide accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorization
Work closely with technicians to manage repair workflow and timelines
Deliver timely, professional updates to customers regarding service status
Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation and records
Stay informed on current promotions, service packages, and attachment opportunities
Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready workspace
