Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or inside sales, particularly in high volume or all center environments
  • Excellent phone presence with clear, confident, and professional communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with auto dealerships, lenders or in automotive finance
  • Strong comfort level using CRM platforms and sales tools to manage outreach and track performance
  • Bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Connect with dealership partners, delivering world-class support and solutions over phone, email and video conferencing
  • Grow and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing dealerships in your assigned region
  • Assist dealers with understanding OneMain lending products, submit applications, and optimize their success within our platform
  • Prospect new dealerships, follow up with interested contacts and turn warm leads into lasting partnerships
  • Monitor dealership performance and proactively engage inactive or underperforming partners
  • Apply creativity and problem-solving skills to drive results and exceed goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and provide feedback that improves the overall dealer experience
  • Occasionally travel to key markets to strengthen strategic connections in person
  • Ensure adherence to OneMain policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations.
