About The Position

This position is responsible for the operation and conduct of the assigned game in accordance with Gaming Procedures, internal controls, and the rules and procedures of Poker. Requirements

Operate and conduct the assigned game in accordance with Gaming Procedures, internal controls, and the rules and procedures of Poker.
Deal cards to players and shuffle as appropriate.
Announce winning hands.
Ensure correct "rake" is taken from the winning pot.
Verify beginning and ending chip and money balances and confirm supporting documentation.
Receive fills and distribute credits.
Ensure wagers are placed before cards are dealt.
Monitor game and notify supervisor of any disputes, problems or concerns.
Promote positive public/employee relations.
Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment.
Conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures.
Demonstrate commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values.
Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.

Responsibilities
