About The Position

Paradise Casino is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Casino Dealer II to join their Table Games team. The ideal candidate will have prior dealing experience, strong knowledge of multiple table games, and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience while ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations and internal controls.

Requirements

• Six months dealing multiple table games to include Black Jack, Craps and Roulette
• Will consider Certificate in dealing and/or successfully completion of in-house training program, and audition
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen
• Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation
• Must obtain and maintain gaming license

Nice To Haves

• Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred
• Tribal preference given to qualified tribal members

Responsibilities

• Dealing a variety of Table Games to include Black Jack, Craps, Roulette and other approved Table Games in accordance with federal, and state regulations; and Company policies, practices, and procedures
• Providing guests with excellent service and creating a fun gaming environment
