The Dealer Development Specialist is critical to maintaining operational continuity within the Dealer Development Team. This position supports the administrative, procedural, and compliance-related functions of the Dealer Package Management System (DPMS), ensuring required dealer documentation, activations, renewals, and system updates are completed accurately and on time. The role supports business operations by ensuring documentation is processed in accordance with established requirements, helping mitigate operational and legal risk by maintaining accurate records and supporting cross-functional coordination between Headquarters, regional teams, and dealers. The Specialist is responsible for providing administrative, procedural, and system-based support to the Dealer Development Team, ensuring required dealer documentation is collected, logged, reviewed for completeness and accuracy against defined criteria, and entered into company systems for dealer activations, buy/sells, and renewals. The position maintains dealer records in DPMS and DMS, performs initial completeness reviews of dealer proposals and agreement packages, and prepares recurring and ad hoc reports. Administrative and coordination support for meetings and regional activities are also part of the role, with accuracy and attention to detail being critical due to the compliance-oriented nature of the work.
