About The Position
Beck’s Hybrids is launching the next generation of independent Seed Dealers through our Dealer Development Entrepreneurs Program. This is a structured pathway designed to help high-potential individuals build and lead their own dealership business. The program is based in Indiana, and applicants must live or relocate anywhere within the state. This program is not just a job, but a pathway to business ownership with the support, mentorship, and systems of one of the largest family-owned seed companies in the U.S.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for agriculture and sales
- Recent Ag graduates and entry-level professionals
- Early stage farmers or those deciding to return back to their family farm/the industry
- Ag retail and input sales professionals
- Relationship-driven sales leaders ready to own their future
- Must live or relocate anywhere within the state of Indiana
