As a Dealer CRM & Commercial Solutions Consultant, you will serve as a primary point of contact for Caterpillar dealers across North America, focused on dealer engagement, CRM adoption, and customer relationship enablement. This role partners closely with dealers to drive effective use of CRM tools, deliver training, gather feedback, and collaborate with central teams to continuously improve CRM functionality and dealer experience. This position supports all Caterpillar machines in scope and works closely with internal commercial, IT, and merchandising partners to ensure CRM tools effectively support dealer sales and customer engagement activities. While pricing knowledge is beneficial, the role is primarily centered on dealer relationships and CRM enablement, not transactional pricing execution.
