Dealer Casino Games/Supervisor Dual Rate - Part Time (Tropicana Atlantic City)
About The Position
Responsible for efficient dealing on a particular game. Follows approved policies, procedures and regulatory requirements of a particular game. Initiates and promotes positive customer relations. Provides Family Style Service at all times. May perform other duties as assigned. Supervises table games employees during day to day casino table games operation. Trains, counsels, monitor performance and conduct of table games dealers. Responsible to ensure that all casino games employees uphold the Family Style Service model. Ensures compliance with all company policies, procedures, internal controls and NJCCC gaming regulations. May perform other duties as assigned.
