Dealer Casino Games/Supervisor Dual Rate - Part Time (Tropicana Atlantic City)
About The Position
Responsible for efficient dealing on a particular game. Follows approved policies, procedures and regulatory requirements of a particular game. Initiates and promotes positive customer relations. Provides Family Style Service at all times. May perform other duties as assigned. $6.05 Per Hour Supervises table games employees during day to day casino table games operation. Trains, counsels, monitor performance and conduct of table games dealers. Responsible to ensure that all casino games employees uphold the Family Style Service model. Ensures compliance with all company policies, procedures, internal controls and NJCCC gaming regulations. May perform other duties as assigned. $28.12 Per Hour
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- Trained and/or experienced in a minimum of two casino table games
- Required to perform customer service standards of the department
- Must be knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and respective gaming regulations
- CER License is Required
- Two to five years experience as a casino games dealer required
- One year experience as a table games supervisor required
- Demonstrated knowledge of casino games and operations
- Excellent observation and supervisory skills
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess extensive computer knowledge
- Must be knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and respective gaming regulations
- CER License is Required
