This position will reside within the Philadelphia or NYC metros. The Dealer Account Manager will create, implement, and manage profitable growth within the Continental Retread Solutions (CRS) dealer channel, focusing on new tire and retread sales. This growth will be balanced with supporting Continental’s channel strategic goals and direction, and preventing erosion of existing business through other direct Continental dealers. The role involves communicating area sales management strategies through regional channel personnel and cross-functional areas, and individually managing account strategy to support the overall Continental Tires the Americas (CTA) business units’ profitability targets. Additionally, the position will coach regional Territory Sales Managers (TSM) to interface with dealer and fleet accounts, ensuring individual customer strategies are adhered to and supported on a regional level.
