About The Position

As a Deal Support Specialist, you will be the responsive, knowledgeable point of contact behind the scenes of active M&A transactions: onboarding new deal teams, provisioning access, and resolving requests quickly and accurately so that dealmakers can stay focused on the deal itself. This is an early-career role for someone who thrives on precision, moves fast without cutting corners, and wants direct exposure to how M&A transactions actually run. It is also a launchpad: strong performers in this role build the platform expertise and customer instincts that position them for advancement into Customer Success Manager and other roles across the organization.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of professional experience
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Comfort learning complex software quickly and explaining it clearly to others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the judgment to know when a request needs to move fast versus when it needs to be double-checked.
  • Willingness to work a flexible, rotational schedule that occasionally includes evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Paralegal experience is a strong plus. We value the attention to detail, diligence, and rigor that background brings.
  • Prior exposure to M&A transactions, deal execution, or similar transaction-support technology is a plus, though not required.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new users and deal teams to the platform, guiding them through setup so they can move quickly once a transaction is underway.
  • Provision access and permissions accurately and promptly as deal teams and data rooms are stood up or change.
  • Process bulk and structural requests, such as folder creation and user additions, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Respond to common assist and deal-served service requests, resolving what you can directly and routing what you can't to the right team.
  • Own your performance against response time, processing time, and accuracy targets, and track your own results.
  • Help stand up the reporting and operating processes for this newly formed team, since you will be one of its founding members.
  • Participate in a rotational schedule that includes occasional after-hours and weekend coverage, supporting the around-the-clock responsiveness that M&A transactions demand.
