Decagon is seeking a Deal Lead to join their Pricing team, sitting at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Strategy. This individual will be the first dedicated pricing hire and will work closely with the Business Operations team to shape the function from the ground up. The primary goal is to accelerate and scale the enterprise go-to-market motion by working closely with account executives to structure and propose deals. Initiatives will include building internal deal processes, proposal structuring, commercial negotiations with customers, and sales enablement. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and high-caliber execution, seeking a motivated problem-solver.
