About The Position

Cloudflare is seeking a GTM Engineer to bridge the gap between complex technical infrastructure and high-velocity sales execution within its rapidly growing Cloudflare One segment. This role involves designing, building, and deploying AI-powered applications to enhance sales, marketing, and support functions. The ideal candidate will apply judgment and taste to create systems that simplify tasks for sales representatives, knowing when to integrate with existing tools and when to build custom solutions. They should possess a forward-thinking approach to how current projects fit into future systems architecture and have a strong perspective on the technology stack, product development, and the unique capabilities of AI over low-code tooling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role, preferably within a high-growth, AI-native B2B company.
• Direct experience with Salesforce, including understanding its data model, building on it, and managing changes.
• Fluency with AI coding assistants, actively using them in development.
• A proven track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows.
• A fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks for integrating third-party systems.
• Strong judgment in making build decisions, knowing when low-code is sufficient and when it becomes a bottleneck.
• Systems thinking ability to break down problems into composable, reusable, and extensible parts.
• High agency and a bias for action, comfortable experimenting and building quickly, with a willingness to refine later.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Deal Desk organization, focusing on account and contact data quality and enrichment workflows across the technology stack.
• Rapidly ship deal desk productivity workflows by triaging team requests, identifying quick wins, and building solutions with an emphasis on speed and iteration over perfection.
• Determine when custom solutions are necessary, building bespoke AI-powered applications when appropriate, based on sound judgment.
• Think in terms of systems, anticipating and designing for upstream and downstream implications of workflows to avoid creating technical debt.
• Integrate third-party APIs to ensure reliable data flow and synchronization of events and information across various systems.
• Document all developed solutions to ensure they are discoverable, understandable, and trustworthy.
