About The Position

Aline is a leading provider of senior living software solutions, integrating sales, marketing, operations, leasing, billing, and resident care into a single, user-friendly platform designed to improve efficiency and resident experiences. Aline is seeking a detail-oriented Deal Desk Analyst – Contract Operations to support deal execution and contract operations across the sales lifecycle. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Billing to help ensure deals, particularly expansions, are structured clearly and executed properly. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating historical contracts and pricing, coordinating with multiple teams, and communicating directly with customers to support timely execution of expansion agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
  • 0 -2 years of experience in Deal Desk, Contract Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role.
  • Comfort communicating with customers in a professional, detail-oriented manner.
  • Experience working with contracts and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Support deal execution by coordinating contract creation, review, and approvals across internal teams.
  • Create, send, and manage expansion contracts in partnership with Sales, Customer Success and other internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate directly with customers to facilitate contract execution and address clarification questions.
  • Review and interpret historical contracts and pricing to ensure expansions align with existing agreements.
  • Assist with deal structuring by applying internal pricing and booking guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Billing, and Legal to move deals forward efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate contract and deal records in Salesforce and related systems.
  • Provide support for pricing, discounting, and approval-related questions from the sales team.
  • Draft and prepare expansion Order Forms and related contract documentation.
  • Send expansion contracts to customers and manage the execution process through signature.
  • Handle routine customer questions related to expansion contract terms, escalating more complex issues as needed.
  • Track contract status and follow up to support timely execution.
  • Review prior agreements, legacy products, and historical pricing to inform expansion structure.
  • Identify inconsistencies or ambiguities in existing contracts and flag them to internal stakeholders.
  • Support internal teams by summarizing contract history and pricing context for additional commercialization discussions.
  • Maintain accurate records of offboarded accounts and related contract changes in Salesforce and internal systems.
  • Help validate deal details such as products, pricing, locations, and contract dates.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure deal details are complete prior to contract delivery.
  • Support quote creation and updates within Salesforce.
  • Coordinate internal approvals for non-standard pricing or contract terms.
  • Escalate questions or exceptions to appropriate stakeholders as needed.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, Billing, and Legal to support deal execution.
  • Assist with contract handoffs to Billing to support accurate invoicing and account setup.
