Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Major or minor in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience.
Nice To Haves
- Internship or prior experience in analytics, finance, or consulting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Performs data analytics and financial analysis in support of buy-side and sell-side transaction engagements.
- Prepares detailed analyses to help clients evaluate acquisition and divestiture decisions and financing requirements.
- Supports client meetings and site visits to gather information relevant to financial and deal analysis.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including tax, audit, and advisory specialists, to support integrated deal insights.
- Contributes to preparation of client-ready analytical outputs and engagement deliverables.
