HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst responsible for conducting business process stakeholder analysis, gathering and documenting requirements, and developing business use cases and workflow process maps for the development of new business systems and/or enhancements to existing systems in support of a Government security organization, whose mission is to protect our nation's critical assets through enterprise risk management, continuous innovation, and excellence in mission performance and customer service! The Business Process Analyst shall become very knowledgeable in the Government customer’s business workflows and use of applications as well as existing system functionality. Characteristics of a successful candidate include having effective organization, project management, and time management skills; possessing strong analytical and critical thinking skills; possessing good customer-handling skills; and demonstrating effective verbal and written communication skills.
