About The Position

The Digital Commerce Management (DCM) team is responsible for publishing and maintaining the store on apple.com, the Apple Store App and Tmall Flagship Store. Our goal is to deliver a world-class, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Production Specialists on the DCM team are responsible for updating and maintaining product and marketing content across multiple online platforms worldwide. From product launches to marketing initiatives, major feature changes to daily updates, their work directly impacts the experience for millions of Apple customers across the globe who visit the Apple Online Store every single day. As a Production Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining ASO digital assets and product data across a suite of content management tools. You will be responsible for ensuring all content is clean, accurate, and well-organized, while driving the execution of complex marketing and product launch plans across global Apple Store Online, Tmall Flagship Store, Douyin Store and Live stream.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technology, operations, e-commerce and/or customer support organization.
  • A quick, flexible learner that can adapt to constant change and ambiguous situations.
  • A reliable teammate who is able to collaborate closely within a big and diverse team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Utmost attention to detail and ability to decipher and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to see the big picture in day-to-day.
  • Experience documenting all pertinent user information and the nature of the problem with accuracy in all supported systems.
  • Mandarin and English business proficiency.
  • BA/BSc degree, or equivalent.
  • Ability to remain calm and good-natured while experiencing aggressive deadlines and increased complexity.
  • Exhibits high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly, sometimes under tight deadlines.
  • Able to accommodate flexible work schedule during critical business.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with operations in e-commerce marketplace environment or livestream platform.
  • HTML and CSS proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Creation and publishing of merchandising assets, product pages, and marketing initiatives.
  • Handling multiple versions of content and image assets across a multitude of languages and customer segments.
  • Actively validate your own work and help the team to identify and drive ways to continuously improve upon production processes.
  • Support, testing, and implementation of tooling and system features.
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation.
  • Training fellow DCM Production Specialists.
