DC3 Program Manager – VDP/DCISE/OED

Requirements
- US Citizen with an Active Top Secret clearance with TS-SCI clearance eligible and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- 5 years of experience managing a project within a high intensity environment, with over 100 team members and a complex mission.
- 5 years of experience overseeing and determining manpower requirements for large projects
- 5 years of experience performing financial and performance monitoring of contracts

Responsibilities
- Provide overall management and oversight of all activities performed to support the Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP), the Defense Industrial Base Collaborative Sharing Environment (DCISE), and the Operations Enablement Directorate (OED).
- Facilitate communications, use industry-best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements and activities to allow for continuous monitoring and evaluation, and ensure all tasks are accomplished.
- Be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the performance of the team and shall assist DC3 with financial and business processes.
