About The Position

The Distribution Center Trainer is responsible for providing training to team members to safely and efficiently unload, sort, and load cartons and pallets in a fast-paced environment. This is a 2nd shift position, working from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

Requirements

• 1+ years warehousing or training experience
• Ability to learn and train on various tasks required in a DC environment
• Ability to work with others in a positive environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Learns quickly and adapts to changing needs easily
• Ability to operate material handling equipment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds required

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and current team members
• Works cartons and pallets throughout the Distribution Center
• Receiving (unloading pallets and/or cartons)
• Sorting cartons onto pallets
• Loading (loading pallets onto outbound trailers)
• Follow directions provided by Leads or Managers
